Evan Boenning came to Aspen in 1972 as an avid sailor and ocean lover from the East Coast. It was a bold change, but he just seemed to know that he had found his home. After moving to Aspen, he got married and created a family, cultivated friends, progressed professionally, became involved in the community, and dedicated a significant amount of time to volunteer work. Evan pursued a business career by day and spent many nights on the ice as a volunteer hockey coach and mentor.

Evan furthered his real estate education and earned the credentials of Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Master of Real Estate (MRE) and Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI). He has held the title of both President and Realtor of the Year for the Aspen Board of Realtors, Dean of the Colorado Realtor Institute, Vice President of the Colorado Association of Realtors (Mountain Division), and Chairman of the Aspen Chamber Resort Association. Evan is currently the President of the Mountain Valley Homeowners Association, and an Executive Member of the Aspen Junior Hockey Board of Directors.

Evan's successful approach hasn't changed since he began selling real estate 28 years ago - he works diligently, efficiently, and knowledgeably to help buyers and sellers come together. Evan shares his enthusiasm with his clients, focuses squarely on their needs, and takes great joy in helping them find their own place in this magnificent town.
