B. Joseph Krabacher is the founder of the law firm of Krabacher & Sanders PC in Aspen, Colorado, and has been practicing real estate law in Colorado for over 27 years. Joe is rated by Lexis Nexis® Martindale Hubbell with an "AV" rating (very high to preeminent rating), and was nominated and elected as a "Colorado Super Lawyer" by Law & Politics® as among the top 5% of real estate practitioners in the state of Colorado. He is Vice Chair of the Pitkin County Planning & Zoning Commission, and was a member and the Chair of the City of Aspen Historic Preservation Commission for 7 years. He is a former member of the Colorado Bar Association Real Estate Section Council, and is a frequent speaker and author on various real estate topics. Joe has developed numerous real estate development projects in Colorado, and is currently managing the development of a planned community of over 600 units in Argentina. Joe was the Valedictorian of his law school class where he graduated No. 1 in a class of 360, and he was a member and editor of the law review.
