Snowmass Village - 2005
Snowmass Village andinterval sales continue to impact overall numbers in Pitkin County. Snowmassnumbers were not quite as impressive as the last two months, although both theunit count and sales volume figures were up compared to the same time last year.Sales volume for June was up 46% and unit totals increased by 31%. Intervalsales in June were $13.2 million for the month on 42 closed units representing27% of total closed units in Pitkin County. For the year, interval sales standat $73.9 million on 210 units, an increase of 64% in dollar volume and 37% inthe number of units closed verses this time last year. Interval ownership salesare likely to continue increasing in terms of total business conducted withinPitkin County driven by consumer acceptance, product availability, and relativecost.
